At D'IYANU, we want you to be completely in love with your bold African fashion. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a box of your choice, then affix the return label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange.
